Property management by Kim Shortt:
Kim Shortt is a graduate of the Louisville School of Business and Banking and serves as the chief operating officer of the company. She has completed the Kentucky Broker management course, and real estate law course. She is a Kentucky licensed real estate agent and is responsible for the Property Management Division, the transaction processing staff as well as the daily operation of the office.
She grew up in the real estate business and has worked full time in the company since 2002. Prior to joining the company she had a successful eight year career in banking. Since joining the company she has earned a reputation as an effective manager, planner and business owner.
Her special skill lies in her ability to organize and process complex transactions as well to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. This just happens to be the description of an effective and efficient property manager.
She lives in Radcliff Kentucky. She enjoys entertaining family & friends, reading
and all outside activities involving her family and friends
