What We Ask You To do:

1.Get the house ready for sale.

2.Price the house within the recommended price range.

3.Show the house to pre-approved buyers by appointment (if not represented by a buyers agent)

4.Cooperate with inspections prior to closing.

5.Attend closing and pick up your proceeds check.
