Exactly the same features as the “Diamond” plan except that no commission is offered to a buyer’s agent (non-MLS , Non REALTOR.com). The fee is $2495 and you don’t pay until it sells.

What We Do:

3. Set up showings.
4. Assist with pricing.
5. Assist with merchandising.
6. Loan you a Company “For Sale” sign.
7. Loan you a lock box.
8. Present you offers on the property.
9. Assist you with negotiation.
10. Process your transaction to closing.
11. Review the settlement closing statement with you.
12. Attend Closing with you.
What We Ask You To do.
1. Get the house ready to sell.

2. Price the house within the recommended price range.
3. Show the house to pre-approved buyers by appointment.
4. Cooperate with inspections prior to closing.
5. Attend closing and pick up your proceeds check.
