Here’s What We Do, MLS Basic Package $499 (Payable up front)

1. Enter your property in the Hardin County MLS for six month subscription.
2. Enter your property in the Louisville MLS for six month subscription.
3. Load one customer provided property photo.
4. Text in REALTOR.com exactly as the MLS.
5. Provide REALTORS access to your property condition disclosure.
6. Unlimited price reductions allowed.
7. Post your property to FlatFeeDirect.com
8. Enable you download and print unlimited property flyers.
9. Provide you with required forms and paperwork to list your property.
10. Limited to one Photo change per subscription period.
11. Provide your contact information to interested REALTORS.
12. Home warranty available (additional costs around $400)

Here’s what we ask you to do.
